Q. I am a speaker – how do I register?
Speakers (for presentations, panels and round tables) will be automatically registered for the event by Clarion Events – you do not need to register yourself.

Q. Can I buy one pass and share it between two people over both days?
No, unfortunately it is not possible to share a ticket.
Q. Can I register for one day of the Conference only?
No, unfortunately we do not sell one day passes.
Q. Can I register to attend the Conference for one presentation only?
Sorry no, it is not possible to register to attend the Conference for one presentation only. You may purchase the presentation slides plus audio post event though.
Q. I have been offered a discount on the Conference fee and would like to claim it.

Q. I forgot to mention the discount I have been offered when I registered. Can I get a partial refund?
Unfortunately, discounts can only be applied at the time of booking.
Q. Can I reduce the cost of my Conference pass if I don’t partake of the refreshments?
It is not possible to reduce the cost of a Conference pass by not partaking of the refreshments.
Q. Can I get a discount because I need to fly in to attend the event?
We do not grant discounts based upon the costs associated with travel to and from the event.
Q. Do you have a partner/spouse program?
We do not have a partner/spouse program.
Q. How do I cancel my registration?
Any cancellations must be received in writing at least 28 days prior to the commencement of the programme. A cancellation fee of 50% will be incurred on all cancellations received before this time. After this date your booking cannot be cancelled or any fees refunded. A substitute delegate can be named at any time before the programme begins and no fees will be applied for this.
Q. I haven’t received my badge/acknowledgement of registration.
We are not mailing out badges in advance. Your badge will be waiting for you at the conference.
Successful registrations should receive a confirmation email. If you have not received this email, please contact liz.mcaleer@clarionevents.com
LIST RENTAL
Q. Can I have a copy of the attendee list?
Sorry no, we do not rent out the attendee list. Only companies sponsoring or exhibiting at the event who have secured this opportunity in their package are entitled to receive the attendee list for one post-event mail or email.

Q. Is there a dress code?
We have no official dress code. However, the majority of attendees attend in business attire or barrack dress (or equivalent).

Terms and conditions of registration: What is included in the fee? Access to all presentations and networking opportunities All food and refreshments during the conference sessions (excludes evening meals) All post conference presentation slides and notes for training purposes Access to international subject matter experts Access to exhibition room On-site assistance with networking Pass to attend the hosted drinks reception (where applicable)
When do I pay?
On receiving your completed registration form, we will send an official confirmation and invoice within 3 days. Payment of the full delegate fee is due 14 days from the invoice date, or immediately with registration if the booking is made within one month of the event. In the event that payment has not been received before the start of the event, delegates will be refused entry. We recommend you check with your finance department that payment has been made before travelling to the conference.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of receipt of the completed registration form will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received in writing more than one month prior to the start of the event will be refunded less a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received in writing within one month of the start date of the event will receive no refund and registrants will be liable for payment of 100% of the invoiced amount. A substitute delegate can be named at any time before the event starts and no fees will be applied to this.
Important notes:
This booking form constitutes a legally binding contract. It maybe necessary for reasons beyond the control of Clarion Events to change the content and timing of the programme, the speakers, the date or the venue. In the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled, Clarion Events will issue a credit note or make a full refund but disclaim any further liability. By submitting your details, you agree to the use of your personal information as set out in our privacy policy
